Pinnacle Parent Viewer— Parent Viewer allows you to view your student’s grades and attendance online. You are able to view your student’s current information as well as information from previous marking periods. You can even choose to have automatic emails sent to notify you of grade changes according to the parameters you set. To access Parent Viewer, you will need to have your student’s id number and the assigned password. This information was in a letter you received at the beginning of the school year. A link to the Parent Viewer can be found on the yellow tab at the top of our webpages.

Tutoring Program—After school tutoring sessions for middle school students having difficulty in any of their core classes will be offered beginning the week of November 16. On Tuesdays we are assisting with English and Social Studies in the library. We will be working on math and science in the computer lab on Thursdays. These sessions will be held from 2:40 to 3:45 each day. If you are interested in having your student participate please contact Ms. Williams at 756-9541 ext 1034.
Picture Day — Pictures will be taken on Wednesday, September 8. Students ordering pictures should bring the picture packet with them on Wednesday. Picture packets were mailed home in the enrollment packet. Students will receive their student identification card on this day. All students will need to use their student identification cards to purchase lunch.
RVMS Welcomes — Notable children’s author Blue Balliett will visit RVMS 6th and 7th graders on Thursday, September 9. Three Oaks is the setting for Balliett's new book entitled The Danger Box which is scheduled to be released this week. She dedicates her new book, "To the children of Three Oaks.” Help us to make this visit memorable by wearing a blue shirt on Thursday.
Call Toll-Free — River Valley has an 800 number available for your use. The number is 800-605-8623. Just as with our local numbers, this number dials into our switchboard system.
